Our Chair
Rick Hanson is the chair of VisionFarm. He is a strategist and political adviser who has been leading change and counseling leaders in change for more than 15 years. He has worked successfully with business, government, non-profits, elected officials, and political campaigns.
Rick has broad experience in many areas that inform his work, including in leadership and management, identity, brand and brand experience, communications and public relations, sustainability, workforce trends and employee culture, and politics and government.
